Our work spans everything from one-off productions through our Content Studio to long-term marketing partnerships where you can see strategies develop and results build over time. With strategy, marketing and production working closely together, you’ll understand not just what you’re creating, but why it matters.

Working in Malta’s relatively small market has its advantages. You’ll gain experience across a broad range of projects, build relationships directly with clients and see the results of your work first-hand. There’s plenty of room to learn, take initiative and grow your skills along the way.

How we hire

Send work, not just a CV

A short note and a link to something you made tells us more than three pages of responsibilities. Showreels, portfolios, accounts you have run, campaigns you have shipped.
A conversation

An informal call about what you like making, what you want to get better at and how you work with clients. We will be straight with you about what the role involves.
A practical task

A small, paid, realistic exercise based on the kind of brief you would actually get. No unpaid speculative campaigns, ever.
Meet the studio

Time with the people you would sit next to in Victoria, Gozo, then a clear decision and honest feedback either way.

How to apply

What to send and where

Email [email protected] with the subject line of the discipline you work in. Keep it short.

Include a link to your work, a line on what you are looking for, and where you are based. Freelancers are welcome to introduce themselves the same way, we build crews for productions throughout the year.

We read everything. If there is nothing open that fits, we keep good introductions on file and come back to them.

FAQ

Questions about joining

Do I need to wait for a role to be advertised?

No. We hire when the right person appears as often as we hire to fill a gap. Introduce yourself at [email protected] and we will tell you honestly where things stand.

How long does the process take?

Usually a few weeks from first email to decision, depending on schedules. We aim to reply to every introduction, and we will always tell you if we are not moving forward.

Is the practical task paid?

Yes. Any task that takes real time is paid, and we never use candidate work for a client.

Do you work with freelancers?

Regularly. Photographers, videographers, editors and designers join us on productions throughout the year. Send the same introduction and tell us your availability.

Do you take on juniors or interns?

We do, when we have the capacity to teach properly. If you are starting out, send whatever you have made, including personal projects. Curiosity and a body of work beat a perfect CV.

Do I need to be in Malta?

For most roles, yes, the studio and the shoots are here in Victoria, Gozo. Some specialist and freelance work can be remote.
